Face AI user

Face AI user is the place to add users within the organization. There can be up to 7 levels of the hierarchy. Icons on the upper right represents the following features:

• SYNC: After making changes to the user data, local devices will need to sync updates for the change to take place. Click on the sync will push updates to edge computers with face AI capability like AEC122 and VA110, which takes less than 5 seconds to complete.

• DOWNLOAD USER DATA: Download user data in CSV format. When “include photos” is selected, system will send user data in ZIP format via email.

• UPLOAD USER DATA: Full or partial user data can be prepared and uploaded to the cloud system via CSV and ZIP file format. This can be useful when user wants to maintain data locally.

Please note system will overwrite all user’s data if the “delete all existing users” is selected.

• CSV Upload Management: After uploading the CSV and ZIP file for users, the task will be processed in the background. Use this menu to check on the task status and download detail logs of the process result.

Please note: cancel of the unfinished task will not roll back the partial changes already processed.

• ADD NODE: Select any hierarchy to create a new node in it.

• ADD USER: Select any hierarchy to create a new user in it. Upload photo is required to have face authentication enabled.

• PHOTO GUIDELINE: Photo guideline applies to all the photos upload, please follow the local privacy law.
