Edge Diagnosis Tool

Edge Diagnosis Tool is an artificial intelligence tool designed for diagnosing and resolving issues in edge computing environments. It aims to help users efficiently and conveniently address various problems within these environments, thereby enhancing the overall reliability and performance of the system.

Ping

  • EDGE COMPUTER: Select Edge computer device
  • DIAGNOSIS TYPE: Select the type of diagnosis: options include Ping, Trace route, Nslookup, Atomrock device scanner, Onvif device scanner.
  • IP / DNS: Enter IP or Domain name.
  • PACKET SIZE: Enter packet size, Maximum ping packet size is 32-2048 bytes.
  • EXECUTE COMMAND: Start diagnosis execution, display Ping result in text.
  • COPY RESULT: Copy diagnosis results.
  • CLEAR RESULT: Clear diagnosis results.

Trace route

  • EDGE COMPUTER: Select Edge computer device
  • DIAGNOSIS TYPE: Select the type of diagnosis: options include Ping, Trace route, Nslookup, Atomrock device scanner, Onvif device scanner.
  • IP / DNS: Enter IP or Domain name, max hop is 30 and timeout is 30 seconds.
  • EXECUTE COMMAND: Start diagnosis execution, display Trace route result in text.
  • COPY RESULT: Copy diagnosis results.
  • CLEAR RESULT: Clear diagnosis results.

Nslookup

  • EDGE COMPUTER: Select Edge computer device
  • DIAGNOSIS TYPE: Select the type of diagnosis: options include Ping, Trace route, Nslookup, Atomrock device scanner, Onvif device scanner.
  • LOOKUP DNS: Perform a DNS lookup by entering the domain name you want to search for.
  • NAME SERVER (OPTIONAL): Select to use a specific name server for the query instead of the default name server.
  • EXECUTE COMMAND: Start diagnosis execution, display nslookup result in text.
  • COPY RESULT: Copy diagnosis results.
  • CLEAR RESULT: Clear diagnosis results.

Atomrock device scanner

  • EDGE COMPUTER: Select Edge computer device
  • DIAGNOSIS TYPE: Select the type of diagnosis: options include Ping, Trace route, Nslookup, Atomrock device scanner, Onvif device scanner.
  • EXECUTE COMMAND: Start diagnosis execution, display broadcast scan result for Atomrock devices.
  • COPY RESULT: Copy diagnosis results.
  • CLEAR RESULT: Clear diagnosis results.

Onvif device scanner

  • EDGE COMPUTER: Select Edge computer device
  • DIAGNOSIS TYPE: Select the type of diagnosis: options include Ping, Trace route, Nslookup, Atomrock device scanner, Onvif device scanner.
  • EXECUTE COMMAND: Start diagnosis execution. display onvif scan result.
