Account management

This is the place to invite new user into the company and set the default role for the user.

• LAST NAME: The last name of the user
• FIRST NAME: The first name of the user
• EMAIL: The email of the user, this is used to login to the cloud system, getting notification emails, and other cloud related functions. It is unique across to the whole cloud system.
• STATUS: The email confirmation status of the user. User must confirm the email before it can be used. To resend the invitation, please delete the unverified user account and create again.
• LAST LOGIN TIME: The date time of the user's last login
• 2FA: Indicates whether two-factor authentication is enabled. Options include Email verification, TOTP, and disabled.

Invite a new user

New user must be invited via email. If the email account already exists and activated in the cloud system, then the verification is not needed.

Provide the required information and default node and permission for this user.

Delete user account

Use the icon in the top right corner to delete the user account and toggle 2FA. If the user only exists in the cloud system with this company, then the account will be deleted. If the user has other company’s account permissions, then the user account will be removed from this company.
