System Event

AtomCloud, IOT or AEC devices can send the alerts directly to user via the notification system. Here is the place to configure which location, what devices, and what level of log can trigger the notification.

This setting is to configure system event notification for this logged-in user only. Each user must configure seperately when they login. If the user account is removed from company, the system notification rule will also be removed.

• SYSTEM: System-wide event that triggers this notification.
• NODE/DEVICE: Select the node and/or device that trigger this notification.
• SEVERITY LEVEL: User can select the Severity level that can trigger this configuration.
• TIME RANGE: Select the time that allows the event trigger to send notification.
• SUPPRESSING TIME: System will send the first event notification, then silent for X min of suppressing time; then at the end of the X min, system will send the total event count. User can use this feature to limit the system, so it does not spam the recipients.
• RECIPIENT: Select the recipients of the system notification. Can be App recipients and/or external email.
