Temperature station

VA110 is an integrated temperature station is a real-time body temperature measurement equipment. VA110 uses Atomrock Edge Computing technology, temperature sensor, integrated with dual lens frontal camera, LED light and an 8″ screen.

  • DEVICE / NODE: The device name and the node it resides in.
  • STATUS: The cloud connection status.
  • DEVICE INFO: The information icon, click to access the configuration menu.

Add new VA110

Add new VA110 starts by the icon on the upper right of the temperature station page.  Add new VA110 by using its serial number. Please connect the VA110 to the network and ensure it has AtomCloud connectivity before this step.

Select cloud connection and other AI licenses key, then choose the node and NTP profile to complete the process.

Configuration

  • DEVICE NAME: The name of the device, editable via the table icon.
  • NODE NAME: The node this device reside in, can use the drop-down list to change it.
  • MODEL: The device's model.
  • SERIAL NUMBER: The device's serial number.
  • STATUS: The device's current online or offline status (cloud connection status).
  • SNAPSHOT: The snapshot from the device's camera. It's used in the stream center and other places to represent this device's view. User can refresh and save the snapshot.

AIOT Module – Cloud Recording

  • CONNECTED DEVICE: The edge AIOT devices connected, in this case is the integrated camera.
  • DETAIL: The AIOT device serial number and its key.
  • EVENT CLOUD RECORDING: Send the video stream to cloud for recording when an temperature measuring event is detected. The recording is based on 1280x800 resolution, 10fps and 768kbps bit rate.
    • Event cloud recording will record up to 45 seconds “BEFORE” the temperature measuring result and 45 seconds “AFTER” the temperature measuring event stopped. The recording will not stop until there is no temperature measuring activity.
  • CONSTANT CLOUD RECORDING: Always send video stream to cloud for recording. The recording is based on 1280x800 resolution, 10fps and 768kbps bit rate.
  • VAULT: Long-term vault storage for cloud video recording. The recorded cloud videos will send to long-term storage for years. User can request download the footage. Depends on the license type, archive vault will be ready within 12 hours and instant vault will be ready immediately.

AIOT Module – Thermometer AI

  • LOCAL DISPLAY: The display options for the 8"screen. Can select the temperature unit, display language, and mirror of the camera image. VA110 is fixed at portrait orientation.
  • SPEAKER VOL: The volume of the AI detection feedback.
  • AUDIO TYPE: User can select different audio profile to be used here. The VA110 audio profile can be managed in the system setting, VA110 audio profile section.
  • TEMPERATURE SETTING: Set the temperature measurement threshold for normal, high temperature 1, 2, and abnormal temperature.
  • MANUAL ADJUST TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT: Change the measured temperature up or down.
  • STANDBY LED LEVEL: The LED illumination level when system is in standby mode.
  • ACTION LED LEVEL: The LED illumination level when system is in measurement mode.
  • MASK AI: Turn on the mask detection AI.
  • FAKE CHECK: Turn on the check for lifeless face (fake face).
  • MASKED FACE SEARCH CONFIDENCE: The face search confidence level when mask is detected.

AIOT Module – Face AI

  • PHOTO SEARCH: Extract and archive all face detected for future search with photos.
  • USER ACCESS: Turn on user access AI with Face or QR Code authentication. Click icon open the Face AI user Hierarchy interface.

Click to add face search AI user group to local AEC, For information regarding Face AI user settings, please refer to Face AI user.

  • DISPLAY RESULT: Select what information to show on the 8” display when user is authenticated.
  • CHECKED AUDIO: Select the audio to play after user is authenticated.
  • FACE SEARCH CONFIDENCE: Select the level of confidence for face search.
  • OPTIMIZE LED FOR QR CODE: Turn the LED light level to 100 for the QR code reading.
  • ADD USER GROUP: Click to add user group for face and QR authentication.

NOTES: VA110 can store up to 1024 face images locally and perform near real-time face AI and QR code authentication.  Add most frequently used faces into local authentication is highly suggested because it can provide the best user experience.  When the user is not found locally, VA110 will request cloud authentication. Cloud authentication usually takes 1 to 3 more seconds to respond.

AIOT Module – Relay control

  • RELAY CONTROL: Click to set timer on relay action to open or close when the temperature or user access matches the result.  The set timer 0 means disable.
