External Recipients

Notification is an event that will trigger the message and pictures directly to user via different methods. We can configure external recipients via email.

• USER NAME: The user name.
• NOTES: User's notes.
• FUNCTION COUNT: The count of event functions uses this user.
• GROUP COUNT: The count of groups that the user exists in.
• ACTIVATION STATUS: Enable or disable on this notification.
• INFO: Click icon to bring up configuration menu.

NOTE: Currently the App notification can be configured and sent to users who has the company account by themselves.

Use the Add icon to type in name of the recipient, then the new entry will be listed below. Use the info icon on the right to edit the info.

External recipients group

Select “Group” to add and manage the group. Group is a container which includes multiple users and used by the notification functions.

• GROUP NAME: The group name.
• USER: The count of user in this group.
• FUNCTION COUNT: The count of the event function uses this group.
• INFO: Click icon to display the list of the users in the group

EDIT: Enter edit mode to manage users in the group with the expand icon.
