Daily AI event menu

The daily events view is used to provide quick overview of the activity comparison of each video sources by date. It lists event trend, AI result information, event snapshots, and link to cloud video recordings. Below are the AI event categories:

  • Motion events
  • Face detection
  • Face search
  • Measuring records

Motion events

Device Selector:   Displays selected edge video devices like cameras and temperature stations. Selection depends on which AI services are running on the device.

Daily Activity Panel: The chart display section contains the following information:

  • Download daily report: You can download the daily report, and an email containing the download link will be sent to you.
  • Refresh data: Refresh the page snapshot data.
  • Date time selector: User can reduce the displayed time to display only few hours for easier chart viewing purpose.
  • Device list and filter: User can reduce the number of lines to display for easier viewing chart purpose.
  • Daily event trend: Display the AI activity counts at each 30 minutes time segment. Click will refresh the event snapshot bar.

AI Event control bar: Use left and right to scroll through the event time. Mouse over the snapshot will display brief information about the event. Users can click on the icons or snapshots in each event to trigger more actions:

  • Snapshot: Click on the snapshot will bring up full snapshot
  • Play cloud recording: To play the event, user can click on the play video icon to open the video player view.
  • Photo search: Bring the face detected into photo search AI function.
  • User matched: Click on the name from face search result will bring up the user's photo for comparison.
  • Grid view: Show grid view.
  • General event information:
    • Event date and time
    • Device triggers the event
    • Play cloud recording for the event
    • Click on event snapshot to bring up large image window
  • AI specific information:
    • Motion area marker
    • Face detected area marker
    • Face detection confidence % above the marked area
    • Face search result name – click on result name bring up the original photo.
    • Face search result match %
    • Temperature AI measuring result
    • Mask detection result
    • Fake check result
    • Temperature result selector for all, normal or fever results
    • Send image to photo search

Face detection

Face detection shows the confidence % of face with area marker.

Face search



Face search shows the confidence % of face with area marker in the image, and the match confidence % at the right of the information area.

Face search can use “match” with % range filter the display records.

Measuring records



Temperature records can use “all”, “normal” or “high temperature” to filter the display records.

Matched face AI user – when matched, click on the name will bring up the matched photo. Information area will show match confidence %.
