Archive vault

Vault allows user to keep the video recording in a long-term archive mode for many years. User can request the archived recording to be extracted. Depends on license, archive vault data will be extracted in 12 hours and instant vault data can be extracted immediately. The email notification and download link will be send to user when it is ready.

Note: recording data will move to archive vault after the cloud recording dates, which is 7 or 31 days depends on the cloud recording license.

Select the camera and date range will list all archived recording and events by date. There are several actions can be made in this page:

  • REQUEST DOWNLOAD: Click on the recording bar to select time and click the   download icon.
  • VIEW EVENTS: Click on the event bar to select time and click the   event icon.
  • DELETE ARCHIVE: Select the date and click the   delete icon.
  • EXTEND ARCHIVE: Select the date and click on the   extend license icon.

User can extend the archive expire date for the selected date.

  • The expire date can be extended up to 5 years at each time.
  • Each V-EXT license can be used 366 times. Extend one day of vault recording data for one year consider as a single use.

Note: The V-EXT license must match the event recording (ER) or constant recording (CR) type. The extend license will only show the appropriate license type.

Select the time duration and click on the request download icon.

Select time and click on the event icon to review the event snapshots. User can also request video footage of the event via the download icon here.

User will receive an email with download link when it is ready.
